"Front Porch Lounging, with my eyes on the prize. Just sitting round strummin' guitar, wasting time"
- G. Love -
Music is one of the best ways for expression and relaxation, especially in a natural setting like the beach. This summer Kuyichi starts its first beach event close to the Kuyichi HQ in The Netherlands; beach club Timboektoe at Wijk aan Zee presents the weekly Kuyichi Veranda Sessies on Sunday, where people can listen to live acoustic music.
From May till the end of September, people will be treated to hammock pop from all over the world. Artists like Pete Murray (Australia), John Carrie (Ireland) and Rob Sawyer (Australia) have already performed on the veranda and many more will follow.
The unreliable weather in The Netherlands is also considered. When the rain's coming down in buckets, people can gather round the fireplace inside the beach club. We'll guarantee you that the beer will taste just as good...
So come and join us at Timboektoe!
